RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

This is a 12-month administrative/faculty position responsible for the operations of the radiologic technology program at the L. E. Fletcher Technical Community College. Review of applicants is ongoing and will continue until the position is filled.


Duties: Develop and administer an Associate Degree program in radiologic technology pursuant to the requirements of JRCERT, the Louisiana Board of Regents, and other regulating agencies. Teach necessary courses.


Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelors degree with a commitment to earn a Masters degree; Proficient in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction and counseling; Three years experience in the professional discipline; Two years experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program; Holds American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification or equivalent.
