Student Employment Opportunities

Student worker positions are no longer available for the Spring 2009 semester. Applications will be accepted for summer employment beginning June 1, 2009.

The Federal Work Study (FWS) program is a federally funded financial aid program that enables students who have a financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to earn money for college costs by working on campus. FWS encourages community service, so off-campus jobs in the community may be available. Students participating in FWS must maintain satisfactory academic progress and priority is given to full-time students. FWS may be awarded in the fall, spring, and/or summer. Students are paid by the hour, and the amount a student earns cannot exceed the total FWS award. Applications for FWS employment are available in Student Affairs. Completed applications must be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.
