Fletcher Technical Community College held its 40th Practical Nursing Pinning Ceremony on December 18, 2009 at St. Joseph Church in Chauvin, Louisiana. Guest speaker was Ms. Linda Songy, Assistant Vice President of Nursing for Terrebonne Medical Center.
