Welcome to Fletcher Technical Community College’s Office of Human Resources (HR). This department is responsible for a variety of functions and services relating to Personnel/Human Resources.

HR is the central office for maintaining the official personnel records for all faculty and staff of the College.

Other responsibilities of this office include the processing of all employment appointments; advising faculty and staff regarding staffing and employee policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, and state and federal rules and regulations concerning employment; disseminating information about employee benefits; coordinating worker’s compensation claims.
