L. E. Fletcher Technical Community College's Department of Nursing and Allied Health is dedicated to stimulating the intellectual development of its students, helping it students acquire the necessary qualifications and skills needed for employment in the field of nursing and health care, and becoming a responsible member of society.

The Nursing and Allied Health department will be responsible for providing educational opportunities that will prepare the graduate to assume the roles of health care personnel in a changing and diverse society.
